Hiring Agreement: By opting to hire clothing from The Occasion, you agree to the terms of the hiring agreement outlined herein.

Duration and Usage: The hiring period begins upon the chosen start date and ends on the agreed-upon return date. The items are intended for personal use during this period and must not be altered or used for commercial purposes.

Condition of Items: Upon receipt, please inspect the items for any damages or defects. Notify us immediately if there are any concerns. You are responsible for returning the item(s) in the same condition as received. 

Care and Maintenance: Handle the hired items with care and adhere to any care instructions provided. You are liable for any damage caused by neglect or misuse.

Return Process: Please DO NOT have your item(s) dry cleaned before returning, we will handle all cleaning of the item(s). Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date specified in the hiring agreement. Late returns will incur daily additional charges which will be deducted from your deposit paid. If the item(s) are damaged or defected, the charge for the damages and/or defects will be deducted from your deposit. If the item(s) are returned in the same condition as received, you will be issued a full refund of your deposit within 14 days of us receiving your return. 

Fees and Charges: Hiring fees are non-refundable once the hiring period has commenced. You are responsible for any costs associated with the hiring, including cleaning fees if applicable.

Cancellation: You may cancel your hire agreement and will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the start date of your hire commencement date.

Liability: The Occasion is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of hired items.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the hiring agreement will be resolved in accordance with the England and Wales law.
