Returns Policy

At The Occasion, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our refund policy is as follows:

You must inform us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your item(s). You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unmarked, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels still attached.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on contact@the-occasion.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to obtain a return authorisation. Items should be securely packaged and sent to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for the postage fees associated with returns of items purchased from The Occasion. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as The Occasion is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
